Where are you located?
We are based at Victoria House Medical & Dental Center which is at number 25 Belmont Road in Rondebosch, Cape Town. We are situated a short way up from Belmont Bridge on the M5/Rondebosch Common side of the bridge.
Please note that you need to turn off Belmont Road into the adjacent Elma Road in order to enter the premises.
Is there parking available on-site?
There absolutely is FREE parking conveniently located on the property and nearby the entrance.

What do I need to know for my first visit?
Firstly, don’t be afraid or anxious about coming to visit us. We do our best to make patients feel at ease and welcome when coming to see us.
If it’s your first visit, please try and arrive 10-15 minutes before your scheduled appointment in order to complete a couple of routine forms prior to seeing the doctor. This is only necessary for first time patients.
How long do appointments usually last?
For first time patients, appointments normally take up to 45 minutes as the doctor will review your health history and ask a few related questions.
For return visitors, one can expect appointments to last 30 minutes depending on what sort of chiropractic treatment is required.
What should I bring along to my appointment?
You need not bring anything specific UNLESS you have been instructed to do so or think that you have information that might be required, such as x-rays, blood tests, scans or any other useful info or documentation.
